About Dried Radish Leaves



My mom loves country so I live in a little country, near by Jeon-Ju, Korea.Today, When I found my mom, she dried some leaves so I search about that leaves.It's called Dried Radish Leaves and It is made of Chinese cabbages or radish.

To make Dried Radish Leaves.
First, Boil some chinese cabbages or radish. Then, draw off water and dry them. When U wanna eat them, boil them again!There is another way. First, Dry them. Then It is getting stiff. When you wanna eat this then boil them!

Recipe.When you dried them and You wanna eat them, then boil them. And mix with sesame oil and soybean paste. Then, boil with meat juice. If you do this all, then Let's Eat!!!
